Former beauty queen Carrie Prejean says in her latest statement that she was stripped of the Miss California crown only because of her religious beliefs. She lost her crown in June of this year and now she is fighting back. Carrie is suing two Miss USA California officials on Monday, claiming that she lost her crown solely for her religious beliefs. Do you remember the pictures that came out about her and when she took a stand against same sex marriage? Now Carrie is going after Miss USA California officials, Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler, who claim they stripped her of the crown for failing to make required appearances, and for making unsanctioned public appearances. Miss Prejean claims the Miss California people “conspired to get rid of her” starting on April 21st, when she said on the “Today” show that she would rather be “biblically correct than politically correct.” Carries lawyer Charles S. LiMandri stated “Over the past two months we have worked hard to provide overwhelming evidence that Carrie Prejean did not violate her contract with Miss California USA and did not deserve to have her title revoked by Keith Lewis.  We will make the case that her title was taken from her solely because of her support of traditional marriage. Keith Lewis has refused to clear her good name or even to admit any wrongdoing.  Therefore, Carrie Prejean is left with no alternative but to take her case to court where she expects to be fully vindicated.”

Christina Aguilera has recently been talking about how much her life has changed since she has got married to her husband Jordan Bratman. Christina got married to Jordan almost 4 years ago and now they have a son named Max who is 19 months old now and so cute. In a interview with E online  Christina Aguilera praised the support given to her by her husband Jordan Bratman and Aguilera said that her husband helped her overcome her abusive past. Christina Said that” the loving influence given to her by her husband helped her a lot in battling her fears and she conquer her sorrows. Usually exuding a tough, diva posture, it’s quite unexpected to see Christina show her more vulnerable side but I think it is good for her to express herself. Christina was born in Pennsylvania and her father was  Fausto Wagner Xavier Aguilera, who was a  Sergeant in the U.S. Army . Christina started getting very emotional when she talked about  her troubled childhood typified by an abusive father.  Christina also said “I grew up not having any real male perspective or role model and Jordan just continuously makes me fall deeper and deeper in love with him every day. Christina is 28 years of age right now and  began her music career with herself titled debut album Christina Aguilera in 1999 which everybody immediately fell in love with.  She won four Grammy Awards and one Latin Grammy Award. More than 42 million records of Christina Aguilera has been sold worldwide that it makes her one of the most successful recording artists of the decade. Miley Cyrus is making the rounds again.  She just did a spot on the Today Show where she talked about her upcoming new album “Time of our Lives”.  She also did a single from the album called “See you again” live on the show. The album will be released in Wal-Mart stores on August 31 of this year. Miley stated when she was on the Today Show “This album was a step towards my next album. I want to be able to step out and maybe take a break for a while and write music that inspires me,” she said. “I think there’s always a formula. I think the best way to do that is put it out of the way and do something new.”I give Miley a lot of credit and respect because for being only 16 years of age she is doing a lot of things from writing and singing songs, doing the Disney Hanna Montana show and acting. She is also working on her new film called “The Last Song, “which will launch in January of 2010. She made another comment while on the Today show about the mistakes she has made. She said “I’m not here to say I’m perfect ’cause I’m far from it,” she said. “My mistakes are kind of a little bit harder because they are in front of millions and millions of people. It’s hard sometimes to smile about it, but it also makes you want to try harder the next time.”I wish her the best and hope that all the fame and glamour does not turn her head in the wrong direction.
